You need to improved on the waiting for your appointment times. I have been waiting a hour. Not very happy. It's a joke every time I come its the same.

I would be grateful if you could contact the Practice so that I can investigate this further, occassionally we do have emergencies that may cause appointments to over run however, I am concerned that you are reporting this to happen on a more regular basis.

Getting patients into the doctor on their appointment times or there about!.
My old mum was kept waiting well over an hour for hers!!.
Not impressed.

Dr Orridge has always been a brilliant Dr to help with any concerns.
He has always remained mighty professional and approachable.
I have always felt comfortable approaching him with anything.
The student doctor today was brilliant also! 13/3/15.

Been a very busy practice it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor on the day you phone, however I have always found the receptionists to be very helpful and if I have felt I need to see someone that day they have always managed to get me to see the triage nurse who has treated me or got me to see a Doctor.
Being a patient at St Johns for over 10 yearsI have always found all the staff to be proffecional and polite and would have no hesitation in recommending the practice to anyone
